Speakers Only

Please submit your presentation to the event organiser as soon as it is completed. Your presentation will be made available on the Online Delegate Networking System by the end of the event. All pre-registered participants to this event will be sent unique login details to access the Networking Tool between 1-3 weeks prior to the event. Our bespoke online networking service enables you to contact other pre-registered attendees before, during and post event. This simple online service offers a totally secure and private environment.

All presentations will be downloaded onto a CD-ROM which delegates receive on site. It is essential that we have the final version of your slides one month before the event in order to ensure the documentation pack is accurate and as complete as possible.

As a valued speaker at the event you will be automatically registered for the conference. Your badge will be available to pick up from the registration desk on-site. Please note no badge will be sent out before the event.

To ensure that the audience at this conference represents all the key industry players we are asking all the speakers to complete this short questionnaire, and would be grateful if you could spare a moment to answer the following questions.

An extensive promotional campaign has already been devised, including a mailing of our own comprehensive marketing database. However, through this questionnaire we hope to identify marketing possibilities that are unique to this particular field.
